Looking Forward to the Months Ahead
Looking to the rest of the year I am excited and in the same breath I feel sort of numb. I plan on being part of the fall graduation class of 2009 at LSUS. This is a great accomplishment for myself and also what this means for my family. I will be the first to attend AND graduat college. I have not felt the pressure that one would assume I would have about this situation. I'm just....taking things day by day. I plan on furthuring my education, so I will be finishing one chapter to go to the next. So, I feel that no huge celebration may be necessary this time. Lets really party our socks off when I finish grad school and become a LPC. :) I wonder if I will have these same feelings when December comes? Well see.

I hope to be joining you at graduation in December! It is a very exciting semester but hard to believe it's near the end. That's great that you have already planned your future to become an LPC. Good luck to you this semester :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!!! You must be so excited. I can't wait until I graduate next December. But then at the same time I am a little apprehensive because I don't know exactly what I am going to do after that. But like you said we just have to take it one day at a time!
ReplyDeleteAs you advisor, I have to ask if you've done your degree checkout with Mr. McCray?
ReplyDeleteYou'll be fine! Congrats!

I am happy for you graduating in the fall! My plan is to graduate in the spring, but I will be completely done with school. I am so excited to finally get out into the workforce. I also can relate to your family situation, because my sister and I, and like one cousin, are the only people in my family that are in college and plan to finish.
